The Location is in a prime retail area of Greeley, CO along US Highway 34 which is the highest traffic count thoroughfare in the City.  The retail exposure and industrial warehouse component make it a unique property that is very difficult to replicate.  Greeley, CO is also consistently one of the fastest growing MSA’s in the nation.
